What You'll Need

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • A TableSpot restaurant account (Pro plan or higher)
  • A Paysera business or personal account - register free at paysera.lt
  • A Paysera Checkout project (we'll create one together below)
  • About 10 minutes of your time

Part 1: Set Up Your Paysera Project

First, you need a Paysera Checkout project. This is where Paysera knows which website is collecting payments and where to send your customers after they pay.

1

Create a Paysera Account

Go to bank.paysera.com/registration and create a free account. If you already have a Paysera account, log in at bank.paysera.com/login .

Complete the identity verification process - Paysera will ask for your ID and some basic information. This is required by EU anti-money-laundering regulations.

2

Enable Payment Collection (Checkout)

Once logged in, go to Settings → Account Settings → Account Management in the left sidebar. Find and enable the "Payment collection" (Įmokų surinkimas) service. This is free to activate.

3

Create a New Project

Navigate to Projects in your Paysera dashboard. Click "Add new project" and fill in:

FieldWhat to Enter
Project nameYour restaurant name (e.g., "POMO")
Project URLhttps://tablespot.online

After creating the project, Paysera will assign you a Project ID (a number like 255443) and a Sign Password (a long random string). You'll need both for the TableSpot setup.

đź’ˇ Tip: Write down or copy your Project ID and Sign Password - you'll paste them into TableSpot in Part 2.
4

Fill in Service Description

In your project settings, go to the "Paslaugos aprašymas" (Service Description) tab. Paysera requires a detailed description of your services before they approve your project. Fill in the following fields:

FieldWhat to Enter
Project / Service NameA short name for your service, e.g. "POMO – staliukų rezervacija ir mokėjimai internetu"
Detailed DescriptionDescribe what your restaurant does, what online services are offered (table reservations with deposit payments), and what customers pay for. Must be written in Lithuanian.
Return / Refund PolicyExplain how deposits work: deducted from final bill, cancellation terms, and that no physical goods are shipped.
Contact PhoneYour restaurant's phone number in international format (e.g. +370 6XX XXXXX)
Contact EmailYour restaurant's email address for customer inquiries
⚠️ Important: Paysera requires the service description to be written in Lithuanian. If you're not sure how to write it, use the AI generator below to create the texts automatically.

Example (POMO restaurant):

Project / Service Name: POMO – online table reservations and payments
Detailed Description: Restaurant "POMO" provides catering services in ElektrÄ—nai. Through the website tablespot.online, customers can reserve a table and pay a deposit that guarantees the reservation. The deposit is deducted from the final bill.
Return / Refund Policy: The deposit is deducted from the final bill at the restaurant. If a reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is refunded. No physical goods are delivered – this is a digital service.
đź’ˇ Tip: The more detailed your service description, the faster Paysera will approve your project. Always mention that deposits are deducted from the final restaurant bill.

5

Add Project Addresses

In your project settings, go to the "Project addresses" (Projekto adresai) section and add:

URLPurpose
https://tablespot.onlineMain website - used as accept & cancel URLs
⚠️ Important: All project addresses must have status "Patvirtinta" (Confirmed) before payments will work. If the status shows "Nepatvirtinta", contact Paysera support to request confirmation. Unconfirmed URLs cause error 0x13 (bad_referer).
6

Request Card Payments (Optional)

By default, Paysera enables bank transfers. To also accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, you need to request this separately:

  1. Go to Paysera contact form
  2. Request activation of card payments for your project
  3. Include your project number and a link to your test payment page (you'll get this from TableSpot in Part 2)
  4. Paysera will review your request and activate card payments (usually within 1–3 business days)

Part 2: Connect Paysera in TableSpot

Now that your Paysera project is ready, let's connect it to your restaurant on TableSpot. This takes about 2 minutes.
